2012 Gardeners Planting Calendar – Zone 7
The Gardeners Planting Calendar is back and better than ever for 2012 with a simplified design for easier use. The number of pages has also been reduced in order to walk-the-walk and not just talk-the-talk of caring for the environment. On each month is ample space for writing and doodling garden plans and tasks.
Colors coordinate from number to plant listing for what is optimally planted using Jon Jeavons Bio-intensive recommendations. Bio-intensive growing uses both the phases of the moon and the amount of time each seed takes to germinate. Plants printed in Orange are best planted on Orange colored days, with Green colored days best for those plants printed in Green.
At the back of the calendar are pages to keep track of your planting: plant, variety, date planted, yield, etc. The back cover features a climate zone map from the Arbor Day Foundation and a place for you to keep track of your favourite seed company’s information and your customer number to speed the ordering process.
The Gardener’s Planting Calendar is made by a gardener for gardeners to allow for more time in the garden doing what you love!
